CLEAN is a collaborative movement of organizations and individuals organizing around a specific "CALL TO ACTION."

The "call" is to implement new energy policies based on decentralized control of energy, whereby energy is generated by regionally appropriate, reliable, and renewable resources, such as wind, solar, and geothermal.

Thank you to all of our members who signed the letter to US Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar urging him to permit the Cape Wind project.

Our letter was sent out with over 800 signatures and almost 100 pages of supportive comments!

In addition to our efforts, other environmental organizations stepped to the plate: Greenpeace generated over 16,000 signatures for their sign-on letter; theCLEAN.org activated their network of over 140 organizations nationwide; Environment MA sent out a call for support; and, many support letters from the labor and the offshore wind industry.

We are confident that this outpouring of citizen support will resonate with Secretary Salazar. Thank you all for making your voice heard. We could not continue our mission without the support of members like you.
